Ezip 900 electric motor scooter

I just HAD to find out what all the fuss was about an electric motor scooter! I mean my neighborhood is absolutely crawling with electric motor scooters!

Finally I pinned down my son’s friend, who has a Razor E200 electric scooter, and asked him. This brief video shows Jamie and 3 friends having fun!
Apparently, he had gotten his Razor E200 for Christmas, and he and his friends ride almost daily. The interesting thing is that his WHOLE family rides scooters!

So I decided to give his parents a call, and ask them about their experiences. His dad explained to me that he had been riding for about 6 months, and his wife had been riidng for about 5 months.

They had models that could handle adults. They each rode a Ezip 900 electric scooter. It could handle riders that weigh as much as 240 lbs.

He went on to explain that it could reach a top speed of 15 mph, and had a range of 12 miles.

They used their scooters alot for running short errands, or they would just ride them for recreation.

His 9 year old daughter gets in to the “act”, too. She has a real cute Razor E100 electric scooter, which is pink!

Naturally, she has a matching pink helmet, too!

He had a truck, and sometimes he would load up his electric motor scooter, and the family would have a picnic and ride around a new destination.

He explained to me that riding the scooters together was one of the few activities they could enjoy as a family.

It was a great way to get some fresh air and relieve some stress.

I was so impressed with what he had told me, that I approached my wife with the ideas of getting an electric motor scooter for ourselves.

I was pleasantly surprised. She LOVED the idea!
